Alex, or “Chef Al” is our Tribe Chef. He joined the Vibe Tribe after first cheffing for the Vibe Tribe during our Stone Mountain retreat in May ‘23. It went so well that we invited him to be part of all future co-creations and opportunities. Alex is deeply passionate about eating and living in harmony with Nature and in alignment with a vision for The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible.

This Vision guides him, energizes him, and flows through him at all times. He lives to serve the manifestation of this World through creativity, service, giving his gifts, and leading from love. A long and arduous journey both physically and mentally, moving through numerous health challenges, has now brought Alex to the place where he is fit to help others along their own healing journeys by offering his wisdom, insight, experience, and unique perspective into healing on all levels. Alex is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach that looks at health from both a broad lens and deep perspective, in order to help his clients understand what true health looks and feels like. He uses cooking and writing as the ways to nourish himself and others and contribute to the increase of high vibrational life force energy on the planet. Alex feels most alive by committing to his daily self care practices including movement, meditation, fueling himself with high vibrational foods, and then pours this energy into his creations so that they may be an offering of high vibrational energy to others.

You can find him running, writing, cooking, or just dancing and vibing at any given time.

  • An Ayurvedic approach to “dieting”, teaching The Yoga Of Eating
  • Meal plans, recipes, supplement recommendations
